Milton M. Irvin

Milton Irvin served as Senior Advisor to the CEO. Mr. Irvin is a former Managing Director and Americas Head of Diversity and Inclusion for UBS. Before joining UBS, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Blaylock & Partners, a minority investment banking firm.

Previously, Mr. Irvin spent nearly twenty years at Salomon Brothers, holding positions in Fixed Income Sales and Sales Management. In 1994, President Clinton appointed him to the Advisory Committee of the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation and served as its Chair from 1995 to 1998. A founding member of the Executive Leadership Council, Mr. Irvin serves as Chair of its Investment Committee.
