Jon Walker

Mr. Walker joined CastleOak in 2025 with over 30 years of experience in fixed income and credit. Previously, he was Managing Director and Head of National Sales for Fixed Income at Stifel, Nicolaus & Company, leading a 500-person division and implementing algorithmic trading platforms and Salesforce CRM.

Before that, Jon was Managing Director and Head of Fixed Income Sales at Sterne, Agee & Leach. At Citadel Securities, he led Investment Grade Sales. As a Founding Partner at Chapdelaine Credit Partners LLC, he established a credit boutique with advanced CRM systems. His career began at Lehman Brothers/Barclays Capital.

Jon holds a B.S. in Economics from Boston College and holds FINRA licenses Series 7, 63, 3, and 24.
